How to Withdraw Funds from Your Portfolio using the Plena Super App: A Step-by-Step Guide

Withdrawing funds from your investment portfolio in the Plena Super App is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and secure withdrawal.

Step 1: Open the Plena Super App Begin by launching the Plena Super App on your device.

Step 2: Access the Portfolio Section Once inside the app, swipe left the buttons to reveal the portfolio button. Tap on it to access your investment portfolio.

Step 3: Choose the Strategy In the portfolio section, you will see various investment strategies. Select the strategy from which you wish to withdraw funds. After selecting the strategy, locate and click on the ‘Redeem Funds’ button.

Step 5: Enter Withdrawal Amount Input the amount you wish to withdraw. Ensure the amount is within the available balance of the chosen strategy.

Step 6: Confirm the Withdrawal Click on the ‘Confirm’ button. You will be prompted to enter your passcode or authenticate using biometric verification for security purposes.

Step 7: Finalise the Transaction Once confirmed, wait for the transaction to be processed. Upon successful withdrawal, you will receive a notification.

Important Note: The portfolio feature will be discontinued in the future. Please withdraw your funds by November 31, 2024, to avoid any inconvenience.
